Chicago in a Day

Here is Chicago from the steps of the Field Museum. The bay is to the right. It was a beautiful day, just the right temperature and the air smelled like lilacs!

My parents and I decided to go to Chicago for the day this weekend on Saturday. Dana wasn't able to come due to having to work. We took the train into downtown and walked to the Field Museum where it took us 5 hours to walk around the place and we didn't even see or read everything there! SO MUCH INFORMATION! We also walked around the museum complex by Lake Michigan. The day was a lot of fun and I can't wait to go back for another day trip.
